ORANGE FOOD WEEK 2026
Orange F.O.O.D Week is back, and we’re incredibly proud to return as a major sponsor for the third year running.
As one of Orange’s most historic venues, Hotel Canobolas has long been part of the fabric of this festival. From courtyard celebrations to kitchen collaborations, F.O.O.D Week is a moment where the whole town comes alive, and we’re thrilled to help bring it to life in 2026.

Following last year’s sell-out success, Locally Grown returns for a 2026 edition led by Chef Joel Bickford (ARIA, Shell House, The Grill at The International) and Sommelier Alex Kirkwood (Shell House, Rockpool Bar & Grill).
Set in the Summer Street Bar & Dining Room, this four-course dinner is a celebration of the region’s producers. Expect a produce-first menu that captures the season: seasonal vegetables, local, ethically raised meats, and specialties from farms around Orange. Each dish is paired with Orange wines selected to highlight the region’s cool-climate elegance and diversity.

Hotel Canobolas is hosting the third edition of our annual festival celebrating the best of the region’s raw produce and sparkling wines, in the Summer Street Bar & Dining Room on level 1.
The event will feature food by Chefs Joel Bickford and Danny Corbett, and will showcase some of the best wine and raw produce the Central West has to offer.

Introducing a brand-new signature event for 2026: Fire & Wine, an open-air celebration of local produce cooked over flame in the Canobolas Courtyard.
As the sun sets, our chefs take to the grills and wood-fire to prepare a menu inspired by the region’s growers, with a rotating lineup of Orange wines to match.
