RAW + FIZZ

The Canobolas Hotel hosts the first in an annual festival celebrating the best of the region’s raw produce and sparkling wines in our new Summer Street Bar & Dining Room on level 1.

The event will feature plates by Chefs Joel Bickford and Danny Corbett, an Oyster & Sparkling Wine Masterclass and live entertainment.

Seafood industry legend John Susman will be supplying some very special raw produce including oysters, shellfish and tuna, kingfish and salmon sashimi. Local highlights of beef tartare and crudites will be showcasing the best of the region.
