Hotel Canobolas is hosting the third edition of our annual festival celebrating the best of the region’s raw produce and sparkling wines, in the Summer Street Bar & Dining Room on level 1.

The event will feature live entertainment, a delicious plate showcasing raw local produce, curated by Chefs Joel Bickford and Danny Corbett, and the best wines from the region’s leading producers on taste. This is your chance to meet and mingle with a host of local winemakers as you taste a selection of their very best drops.
