
The Hotel Canobolas will be hosting the second edition of their annual festival celebrating the best of the region’s
raw produce and sparkling wines in the Summer Street Bar & Dining Room on level 1.
The event will feature plates by Chefs Joel Bickford and Danny Corbett, a
Wine Masterclass with Will Gilbert, live entertainment and showcase some of the best wine and raw produce the Central West
has to offer.
