
Following last year’s sell-out success, Hotel Canobolas is proud to present ‘Locally Grown’ for a 2026 edition, led by Chef Joel Bickford (ARIA, Shell House, The Grill at The International) and Sommelier Alex Kirkwood (Shell House, Rockpool Bar & Grill).
Set in the Summer Street Bar & Dining Room, this four-course dinner is a celebration of the region’s producers. Expect a produce-first menu that captures the season: seasonal vegetables, local, ethically raised meats, and specialties from farms around Orange. Each dish will be paired with Orange wines selected to highlight the region’s cool-climate elegance and diversity.
