
Introducing a brand-new signature event for Orange F.O.O.D Week 2026: Fire & Wine, an open-air celebration of local produce cooked over flame in the Canobolas Courtyard.
As the sun sets, our chefs take to the open wood fire to prepare a menu inspired by the region’s growers – smoky vegetables, fire-kissed meats (including Trunkey Pork and Kiewa Valley Lamb), charred herbs, and bold, rustic flavours.
Guests will be treated to a mouthwatering menu featuring a selection of local produce cooked over live fire, with a rotating lineup of Orange wines to match.
A new highlight of F.O.O.D Week is born.
Tickets are $35 per person and include a barbecue plate and a glass of wine on arrival.
